 The Berliner Flughäfen (Berlin airports) organised their last monthly meeting in 2010 for managers and representatives of travel agencies in Berlin at the premises of Deutsche Bank - this time with the focus on Malta. Both MTA and Air Malta were present with a stand displaying attractive brochures on Malta and information on special incentives. Two members of the Embassy of Malta in Berlin attended the event and  joined Ms. Blecher from MTA and Ms. Reuben from Air Malta in manning the stand and answering questions on Malta as a holiday destination.
Many of the 120 selected guests addressed the Malta stand to find out more about the special features Malta offers as a unique holiday destination. Ms. Blecher and Ms. Reuben also used the opportunity to promote Malta in a power point presentation, informing the audience about Malta’s history and culture as well as about wellness, sport, diving and culinary highlights on the island. The Embassy welcomes such occasions and is always prepared to join forces with MTA, Air Malta or Malta Enterprise to promote Malta.
