How to get there:
The Embassy of Malta is located in Vienna's 1st district. The main Embassy building is situated at Opernring 5/1, in front of the Vienna State Opera House. This building also houses the Permanent Missions of Malta to the OSCE and to the United Nations.
Parking space in this district can be difficult to find. The 1st district is a short-term parking zone (Kurzparkzone) for which pre-purchased parking tickets (Parkscheine) are required. These are available from tobacconists (Tabaktrafik) and Vienna transport offices, and allow for a maximum parking time of 2 hours.
The Embassy can be reached by the following public transport lines: 1,2, D,62, trams (stop: Karlsplatz/Oper) and the U1,U2 U4, underground (station: Karlsplatz)
